There are three simple Steps for removing Youtube History permenent.

Step 1:
Step 2:
As the link will open, you will see the list of
all videos you have seen recently on youtube. There will also be a button
of “Clear Viewing History”, Click on that button.
Step 3:
As soon as you click that button, all your
viewing history will be erased from the website. Also a green strip will appear
on the top stating “Your viewing history has been removed”.
You can Also Close this Green stip by pressing "X" (Close) button from right side of the strip.
