Login Activity - Seeing multiple alerts in my Login Activity

There are a few reasons why these alerts will show up even if the events were performed by yourself.

These include:
  • You’ve been traveling
  • You’re using a Mobile device or Application
  • Your residential Internet Service Provider has changed the IP Address used to route your traffic

If you're confident that the alerts you’re seeing are from someone other than yourself, this may be an indication that your account has been compromised.

Update your Account Information

Be sure to change your password and/or change your Secret Questions. For additional security, you may want to consider adding an Alternate Email Address or mobile number to your account. Users that have an Alternate Email Address or mobile number associated with their account receive notifications of all account changes as well as provide a method for password recovery.

Check for Malware

Malware, also called badware, is malicious software that attempts to steal sensitive information from your computer, send spam, or commit fraud. This type of software is often bundled with other free downloads without your knowledge. Be sure to run a scan on your computer with a trusted anti-virus software. If the scan detects any suspicious programs or applications, get rid of them immediately.
